How to use: Find a clean, untextured wall surface, such as glass or smooth tile. Rinse the suction cup under warm water and shake off the excess. Place the suction cup against a smooth surface and press firmly while turning the adjustment knob clockwise. Continue turning the knob until its tight. To remove, simply turn the knob counterclockwise until it is loose and gently remove it from the wall. *This will not stick to a textured wall surface*

Flawed Shower Tower

I wanted to love the tower, but it came with a significant imperfection that may make it unsuitable for showers. The outer coating is scraped, which is not only sharp but a vulnerable water-exposure spot. I tried to talk to customer service about my options, but that made me disillusioned with ZWS itself. So, I wouldn’t recommend this purchase. For me, right now, it want worth the $30.

Just what i needed!

Like other reviews the wanted of shampoo,conditioner and soap bars had been a bit damped by the fact that there was just like stacks and lots soap dishes all over the shower. Soggy ones. This fixed that issue great!! Drains well, spaces out takes up less space then all the soap dishes. There was a little but of a learning curve with not realizing that the cap on the front of the suction cup unscrewed to anchor in the rack so it didn't fall.

Very happy with it!

I love having all my shower products easy to access on the shower tower. I am using it as a standing shelf, so cannot speak to the hanging function of it. Really happy with the purchase overall and glad to get my soap and shampoo bar up off the counter so they can dry between uses.
